Solution

How to clean and remove entangled hair, threads and fibers from the brush roll.

Instructions:

1. On the side of the nozzle, turn the locking mechanism to "unlock".
2. Unlock the brush roll clip.
3. Remove the brush from the nozzle.
4. Remove any obstructing objects from the brush roll.

After cleaning, reinsert the brush into the nozzle and turn the locking mechanism to "lock" the brush in place. Make sure to allow at least five minutes for motor to cool before powering back on.
