Solution
Here are a few suggestions if your vacuum has stopped working:
- If the last LED is blinking - indicating a low or drained battery, recharge the vacuum cleaner.
- The brush roll may be obstructed. Clean it and remove any tangled hair, threads, or fibers. For cleaning of brush roll, you may refer to your use and care manual.
- The product might be overheated. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and check if the nozzle, tube, hose, or filters are clogged or dirty. Allow the product to cool down for at least 2 hours on the charging stand before using it again.
If water or liquid has been sucked into the unit, follow these steps:
- Stop using the product and let it dry for 48 hours.
- Do not place the product on the charging stand.
- Note: Motor damage caused by water or liquids is not covered by the warranty.
