For Best Buy returns, if your order was returned within the 10-day time frame, a refund should be posted to your account within 7-10 business days. *If you return multiple items from the order, they may be processed separately. In that instance, watch for separate emails with refund details.
Requesting a return/refund for a product purchased from Electrolux.com and picked up from our retail partner, Best Buy:
- Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of the order being picked up from the store.
- Your order can be returned to any participating Best Buy store.
Return/refund method for a product purchased from Electrolux.com and picked up from our retail partner, Best Buy:
- Once you have returned the product(s) to a participating Best Buy location, you will also receive an email confirming the return has been accepted.
- When the return is accepted, a refund should be posted to your account within 7-10 business days. *If you return multiple items from the order, they may be processed separately. In that instance, watch for separate emails with refund details.
The information above only applies to in-store returns for orders placed on Frigidaire.com and picked up at a Best Buy store.
