Solution

When was the last time you cleaned the dishwasher?

• We recommend you clean your unit every 3 months.
• OPTION 1: Run an empty cycle with the PowerPlus or Heavy Cycle and Sanitize Option.
• OPTION 2: Pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (DO NOT add detergent)

Have you cleaned out the Filter and Glass Trap?

• We recommend cleaning out the filer and glass trap every 2-3 months.

Is the unit draining properly?

• If the unit is not draining properly, standing water can lead to odors inside the unit.
