How to use Convection Bake
Arrange your oven racks before you begin. If you’re baking on multiple racks, check your Use & Care Manual for the recommended rack positions to ensure even results. Turn the mode selector to Convect Bake, then choose your cooking temperature. In most cases, this will be about 25°F lower than what a traditional (non‑convection) recipe calls for.
Once the oven finishes preheating and reaches the set temperature, you’ll hear a chime letting you know it’s time to place your food inside. To avoid overbaking, start with the recipe’s minimum suggested cook time and adjust as needed from there.
