Your appliance may show a potential issue through a corresponding code on the display.

E 42 Door Open

• Check to make sure door is not block and is fully closed.

H4 / B4 Incorrect wiring

• This is a known installation issue, please contact your installer

EF1 Ventilation Blockage

• Check lint filter (blocked/lint).
• Check the exhaust tube for bends, restrictions and blocks.
• Check vent exit for any blockage.
• Clean and clear any debris in the way.
• This is a known installation issue, please contact your installer

Mute The unit has no sounds or alarm chimes

• The unit may be in mute mode and user must unmute the unit.
  Some units will have a illuminated mute icon, indicating Mute as be activated.

• Your dryer will complete the current cycle and you can still operate manual cycles. If error code continues, schedule service.
